Gray Reserve uses SMS (text messaging) only to communicate with clients and prospects who have explicitly opted in. This page explains how our SMS program works, what messages you can expect to receive, and how to opt out at any time.
Opt-in
You consent to receive SMS messages from Gray Reserve when you check the SMS opt-in box on a contact form, reply with the word START to one of our messages, or provide express written consent through a signed engagement agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Do not submit a mobile number that belongs to someone else.
Message types and frequency
Once opted in, you may receive messages for one or more of the following purposes:
- Briefing confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls.
- Status updates on active engagements (report delivery, campaign launches, incident notifications).
- Urgent account notices related to the Gray Reserve growth platform.
- Occasional relevant announcements from the firm.
Message frequency varies and depends on your relationship with Gray Reserve. Expect up to 10 messages per month for active clients, and fewer for prospects.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to any SMS you receive or send in response. Gray Reserve does not charge a separate fee for SMS communications, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
STOP and HELP commands
To stop receiving SMS messages from Gray Reserve at any
time, reply STOP to any
message. You will receive a single confirmation message
and no further messages until you opt in again. Variants
such as END,
CANCEL,
UNSUBSCRIBE, and
QUIT are also honored.

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers — including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Nextel, Alltel, and Cricket — are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and is provided on a best-effort basis.
Privacy and TCPA compliance
Gray Reserve complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the SMS program or on this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
