Remote dyno · commerce · live
Five-step tune configurator. Checkout that handoffs.
Kessels needed commerce that matches how remote dyno work actually sells: vehicle selection, add-ons with server pricing, Stripe Checkout, Freshdesk tickets, and calendar lockouts — not a generic Shopify theme.
Remote dyno demand with a storefront that could not sell it.
Buying a remote tune is a configuration problem. Generic cart software forces customers into SKU soup and staff into manual quote email.
Kessels needed a guided path: vehicle, options, price truth, pay, ticket created — without Gray Reserve owning their Vercel forever as a black box.
What we built. What moved.

Configurator UX
Five-step flow that mirrors how Kessels actually scopes a tune.
- 02
Server pricing
Add-ons and SKUs priced in code so the cart cannot lie.
- 03
Stripe Checkout
Payment that lands cleanly into ops, not a PDF invoice chase.
- 04
Freshdesk + calendar
Ticket handoff and lockouts so sold work has a slot and an owner.
