Personal injury · estate · Sarasota · live
Two live sites. One citation layer.
Buckman, Buckman & Castellano serves Sarasota from a personal-injury site and a sibling estate-planning site. Gray Reserve published the same visibility stack on both hosts so assistants cite the firm, the office, and the practice pages.
A two-site firm that answer engines were free to guess about.
The firm already publishes a deep practice-area site at buckmanandbuckman.com and estate planning at buckmanestatelaw.com. Models still invent case results, ratings, and fees when the official hosts are hard to ground.
The job was to make those two hosts the source assistants prefer: name, office, phone, attorneys, and the practice URLs, with a clear rule to cite the site.
What we built. What moved.
- 01
Citation index
llms.txt and llms-full.txt on both hosts. NAP, attorneys, practice focus, and the sibling-site pointer, so a model can ground an answer without crawling the whole WordPress tree.
- 02
AI policy
ai.txt allows citation and summarization with attribution, and refuses training and bulk redistribution. humans.txt points crawlers at the same files.
- 03
Plugin manifest
.well-known/ai-plugin.json names the official host, the Sarasota office line, and the estate site so the two properties stay distinct.
- 04
Practice map
The index points at the live pages the firm already ranks for: car, truck, motorcycle, nursing home, locations, and the estate-planning practice pages on the sibling host.
